MCS 7825 Call Manager 3.3.2 Install Hangs on Intital Splash Screen

I have a brand new MCS 7825 with a 2.3 GHZ processor. I am trying to installing 3.3.2 on this server. It hangs after the first AVVID splash screen. Has anyone experienced this?

I had a similar problem with a new 7835.

The Hardware Detection CD I was using did not recognize the new platform, and just sat there.

I opened the copy of CCM that came with the server, which had OS version 2000.2.4 and all was right with the world.

If you have one of the five newer MCS platforms:

MCS-7815I-2000

MCS-7825H-2266

MCS-7835H-2400

MCS-7845H-2400

MCS-7835I-2400

Then you need to use the OS installation media version 2000.2.4. If you try to use anything earlier, the install will fail.

Anytime you order CCM software for any of the above MCS servers, it will ship with the correct version of the OS installation media.
