MCS 7825 & CUCM 5.1 File system error

I have 2 7825's running CUCM 5.1. Every time we have a power outage/spike or unclean shutdown, the systems do not come back up cleanly. Unrecoverable filesystem errors are most common. While I can do a reload and restore this is not the preferred way to operate. Is anyone familiar with similar issues with the 7825's? An UPS will solve my power issue but it will not solve unclean shutdowns.

i'd say to backup those servers and then use the disaster recovery CD
