MCS 7825 remote restart

When I have tried restart ccm from terminal service, it is necessary to have keyboard pluged. In other way, it will not reboot. In BIOS I did not find any settings. Do you have an idea? My wish is having server only by itself, no monitor, keyboard, mouse.

To add more to this, I found a document(url given below), which says, you need to have monitor, keyboard and the mouse during initial startup and configuration of the server. Later on, you may not need them and hence your server can then work without any of these. But I am not sure of how it can be done. I am curious to know that. Anybody who have configured

in a similar way?
