MCS-7835-I1-IPC1 does not even start Power-On-Self-Test (POST)

I have a huge problem because my MCS-7835-I1-IPC1 does not even start Power-On-Self-Test (POST). Nor Floppy disk neither DVD-ROM drives receive any power. Screen is black. What could I do ? I cannot install anything on the machine. My email address: luisisidro.ramirez@telefonica.es.

Do you see green lights on the back next the p/s ? Have you tried different monitors ? Its possible your server is bad (RMA is the only option). If you have registered smartnet you can get replacement (Cisco will work with IBM to get you a replacement server). If you dont have smarnet, you should still be under 90 day warranty (if this is a new server), so you should have a lead time of upto 10 days to get a replacement server if you RMA direct with Cisco.
