MCS Servers and Smartnet

I have a new client that has Smartnet on their

older MCS's.

One of the MCS's has the front "Cisco" faceplate

bent to the point where the server will not allow

the MCS to attach to the cabinet correctly as the

thumb screw is misaligned.

Does Smartnet cover cosmetic issues like this?

Took a look and I don't see any orderable parts to replace the faceplate. We would not be able to RMA just a face plate. Sorry.
