My GK/DGK question follows a similar line of thought...in the Call center world, all CC managers care about is agents, calls, and trunks. With the current IPCC environment, I can't pull a trunk report that shows current occupancy, so I can't use it when making an ICM routing decision. Some TDM ACDs that the ICM supports hit the same brick wall, since the MIS link to them doesn't support trunk-level reporting, but most do.
Hopefully, I've missed something after wading through the CCO site's docs about IOS. Let's see what the rest of the forum has to say.
