I have Unity 3.1.3 with call manager 3.2 and amis integration. Everything is working fine except when I try to have unity call an extension it says no ports are available. I have 8 ports the first 2 ports are for amis and the dialogic card. The last 6 ports are for call manager and they have MM recording checked. The first 2 ports do not have MM record checked. Ideas?

Here are some things to keep in mind for Media Master connections.
It will only use ports designated as MM record, and it will always start with the highest-numbered free MM port and work backwards. Make sure your highest numbered MM port is a live line, and if it's a CCM port make sure the calling search space will allow it to call your phone.
If you are using the SA, it will use the Switch associated with your admin account. So if your administrator is assigend to the PBX instead of call manager, and there are no PBX ports set to MM record, you will get an error that no MM ports are available. Assign the Admin to the proper phone system.

the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
