Media termination desktop agent

I have installed ICD 3.0.2 against 3.2 Call Manager in our lab with media termination desktop licenses. Here is my scenaio: i log in the agent and make the agent ready. i place a call to a route point in icd. the call is then routed to the agent but it flutters between reserved and ready. while on the call all i hear is hold music from the script.

Has anyone else had this issue?

This looks a problem in the script. You have to modifgy the script . if the call failed, it should go to the starting point of the flow which is " CUSTOMER

SERVICE QUEUE"

so that it could be allocated with a new resource ID
