I am having issues logging onto the Media termination desktop. The configured agents in CM have all the right associations such as cti ports a route points configured. The error i am getting during log in is "Failed to login to CTI Manager Server". I am able to login 1 agent but when I login other with the same configurations and associations I get the message above.
Have any of you seen this?
Please advise

I've seen it. Various causes.
Basics:
Enable CTI Applications is checked for the user.
Verify the password your using by logging into http://server/ccmuser with that password.
Check the event log for JTAPI version mismatches.
You're not using ICD 3.0.2 w/ CCM 3.3.2 are you?
