meet-me - no beep on entrance

CUCM 6.1.2

I using IP-communicator to start a meet-me conference.

Only initiator can hearing the "beep" when new caller join or "beep beep" when someone leave ,others cant hearing anything.

I used hard-phone to start a meet me conference. it was work properly.

Is there any setting I can revise it ?

i'm facing the same issue the tone is not played  .
