Meet-me number Quality Issue

We have several Meet-me numbers and people are complainign that as the number of people increses on the bridage the quality goes downa quite a bit. Does any one know what i can looks for

Some questions you can start with:

- What is acting as the CFB

- Is a transcoder involved

- Are there remote users involved during the time of voice quality issues

Once there is an understanding of the devices involved and there location (LAN or WAN) then you can start isolating the device(s) that might be causing the problem. Using a sniffer along with test calls will help be of great help to determine where the problem is. The problem can range from a QoS or other network related issue to an issue with a CFB or Transcoder.

6608 blade is acting as the CFB.

Normally they use the 7936 phones for the conference and I have put the latest load for the 7936

The users are complainign that even when there are only internal caller involved still they have a issue.

Wr ar estill having this issue. The users are complaing again but now the external callers are also involved.

As the number of people increse on the bridge the call quality is going down
