meeting place 7 not sending mails

We are using meeting place version In meeting place app server one filed is primary SMTP server username where one separate email id with password  for meeting place is specified as the central mailbox email id from which the server is supposed to send email notifications. However, it is observed that when any user is scheduling a meeting and when the same user is giving his 
email id and password in the primary SMTP server username field, then only notifications are being sent.If any other scheduler is scheduling meeting, notifications are not being sent with the mailbox email id. if the user changes this to his own email as in user profile and then the same user  schedules a meeting, meeting notifications are being sent by the server.whereas, if any user schedules a meeting , email notification should go to all invitees from the central mailbox user id.

what does the Username for the dedicated email account for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace on the Microsoft Exchange Server indicate?


Does that means that email notifications sent by meeting place will be sent by the email address
