Meeting place not accepting DTMF digits

Folks,

We have an H.323 gateway to out callmanager and have meetingplace. We can not dial meeting id from outside, even though dtmf-relay is enabled on all voip dialpeers, any ideas?

Change DTMF tone Detect from 40 to 2000 on MeetingPlace server.
