THere's a voice quality issue with our MeetingPlace Express.
Everytime we connect to the bridge, after about 20 minutes, we sound like we are underwater and it gets worse. So we hang up and call back in again and the same thing happens about 20 minutes later. At which point we call each other directly without the bridge and we are fine for an hour - no sound issues. I believe there is something wrong with the bridge but I'm not sure what. Could you please help?
