MeetingPlace notification issue

Hello - I have a MP 5.3 and we are using the Outlook plugin. When someone schedules a meeting, the notification that is sent to the invitees has the "From" e-mail address of the meetingplace account instead of the actual person't e-mail. So when they accept the meeting it does not go to the original creator. How do I change this?
