MeetingPlace T301 timer configuration

Does anyone know if it's possible to customize the default T301 timer on MeetingPlace system that places calls through the MeetingPlace IP Gateway (H.323)? The default seems to be only 20 seconds and I need to increase it (i.e. when the MeetingPlace makes an outdial call I need the phone ring longer than 20 seconds before MeetingPlace thinks that noone is going to answer the call and terminates it).

By default, Cisco CallManager makes the time for the T301 timer longer than the No Answer Ring Duration time; if the set time for the T301 timer expires before the set time for the No Answer Ring Duration expires, the call ends, and no call forwarding can occur. If you choose to do so, you can configure the time for the No Answer Ring Duration to be greater than the time for the T301 timer. For information on the T301 timer, choose Service > Service Parameter; choose the server, the Cisco CallManager service, and then the parameter in the window that displays.
