Believe it or not this was done by design.Somebody had the bright idea that since this was a confernce phone let's not bother the confernce participants with a beep everytime someone enters the conference. Turns out that everyone hates this behavior. I hear it is supposed to change in CM 4.0 and provide a beep. Anyone else with any input?
