I am having problems (I think) with signaling between a Meridian 61C and a Norstar phone switch. All calls, faxes, and modem traffic passes OK. Voice conversations are good and clear. But the PBX administrator says he can not see the remote phone systems channels and therefore can not manage it from the main site. I guess I don't understand how it is a signaling problem if I can see the signaling when a call is made using the debug vpm signal command. I am using connection trunks between a 3662 and a 2620XM with E&M-wink-start just as he asked. Below is a config from the remote side. The core side is exactly the same. Should I try ext-sig with codec clear-channel instead of e&m-wink-start with codec g711? I am also afraid of how this will affect the fax and modem traffic.
