message button on Cisco IP phone

Hi All,

I've installed Unity 3.1(4) with CCM3.2 and I encountered a problem with the button Message on the Cisco IP Phone : it is not able to find the good number of the voice mail box.

is there any special url to configure on the CCM in order to access directly to the Voice Mail when you press the button "Message"?

Any ideas?

You need to configure the voice mail pilot # in enterprise parameters of CCM to that of the configured # on Unity for the messages button. You also must set the CFNA and CFB for each line appearance for the unity pilot # as well. Sounds like the enterprise parameter voice mail number is not setup yet.
