Message Control from Notes Client

When opening the message from the notes client, Notes Users don't have the option to play or record through the phone. Is there any way to activate that option, or is it not available currently. The Notes client is 5.0.11, Server is 5.0.11, and Unity is 4.0.2

Did you install DUCS (specifically, the csClient piece) on the Notes client? Sounds like the client was not DUCS-enabled -- which among other nice things provides TRaP functionality to play through the phone.

The DUCS client is installed. It works on some computers, not on others. Might it be the mail file?

Well, if the user's mailfile is not DUCS-enabled, you'd see this. But you'd have other problems, like not being able to log into the TUI. But you are saying that for some users, TRaP never works and for other users, it does? Are the "bad" messages showing up in the Notes GUI with a phone for an icon, or are they showing up as email?

(BTW: I'm on vacation next week. If this is a bad problem, you probably want to open a TAC case.)

They show up as VM properly, it just has the option to play through the phone greyed out. We have someone at Lotus looking into it now, it may be properties on the mail fail that are wrong.
