Unity3.15/Exchange 55 offbox with Dialogic D/120JCT-LS card connecting to NEC2000 PBX.
Problem discription:
The end of voice message cut off when user leaves a message, but the user doesn't know actually it happens. Only when the called user retrieves voice mail , he will hear the trunked voice mail. FOr example, a user may leave 30s message, but unity may only record 10s. This happens occationally from both internal or external.
I came cross an article How To Adjust Quiet Parameter Settings for Cisco Unity with Microsoft Exchange, but it is for version 2.4.
