message cutting off

I have a Unity 2.46 and the customer said some of the messages are being cut off in mid sentence. Is there anyway to raise the volume of the messages on the Unity. They said the persons voice is low.<br><br>

Unity records at the level coming in from your telephone system. If the volume can be adjusted at the phone system that might help.

What kind of phone system is this? With Dialogic boards, the recording silence threshold can be adjusted so that Unity doesn't stop recording while someone is still talking.
