Message Notification Problem

I have a new installation of Unity 2.4.6 and the Message Notification is not functioning properly. All of the Voice mail ports in the call manager 3.1.2 are in the correct search space, however the Unity server does not make the call to notify of new messages. Is there something I am overlooking?<br><br>

Did you go through the steps outlined in the CCO support pages about troubleshooting Unity and CM MWI issues?

It is not the MWI, it is the function of Unity that will allow you to be alerted to an alternate phone number when someone leaves you a voicemail.

The MWI works fine.

I guess I read it wrong. If the MWI are working, that is great NEWS.
There are a couple of possible reasons for the Message Notifications not working for the Phone Dialout -
1) The restriction table disallows the calls during a certain time or to certain phone numbers.
2) There are no ports capable of outdialing.

Are there any errors in the event log signalling any problems with the dialouts?

Check the default time zone setting for each subscriber. If it is not set to the proper time zone, NOT DEFAULT, then the system will not even attempt to dial out for notification.
