Message Notification

I have a Help Desk that will need 10 + pager notifications. Looking at the Message Notification page in Unity (4.02) for the Subscribers, I only see 7 entries for numeric pagers.

Is there a way to add more pagers in the Notification Devices?

No, you can't add more devices to a single box.

One approach you can take here is to have messages to the help desk left for a call handler that leaves messages for a public distribution list - which means the messages will go to a number of subscribers that each have their own pager/notification devices defined rather than having a single subscriber get all such messages and notify on many devices.
