A customer is complaining that when you call to a subscriber mailbox, you are prompted to either hang up or hold for more options after leaving a message. Well you hold and hold but no options will be announced unless you somehow know to press #. I need a fix! Do I record a new handler? Help.....<br><br>
Sounds like a silence detection issue... what switch are you hooked up to and what version are you running? If it's an analog switch perhaps you need to raise your silence threshold a bit (i.e. there's enough noise on the line so that Dialogic things there's still folks yacking and doesn't return a silence event to us).
