We are running Unity 3.15 integrated to a Callmanager system. Is there a way on a per phone basis to change the order that the voicemails are played back? When we play them now, they are last in first out. Some clients want first in first out. Any ideas?
In Unity 4.0(1) and later there is a new feature called FlexStack that lets each subscriber decide how they want their new and old messages played back (including deciding FIFO/LIFO order for each among other things).
You can't do this in 3.x and earlier, you'll have to get to 4.0x.
