Message Playback - plays all messages without stopping

When one of our users goes to play back new messages, it does not stop after playing the new messages. It continues to play back all messages. It never prompts him to Save, delete, etc.

What version of VMO client do you have installed? What Version of Outlook are you running and on what O/S?
