Re: Message Playback...

Make sure the user's volume in AA is set to "medium". This sure sounds like CSCdv88847.

Re: Message Playback...

I checked the setting. The subscribers setting is set to Medium(default)

Re: Message Playback...

Sorry about that, did they try setting the volume control bar on the MM to half-way? I think it's "5".

Re: Message Playback...

That appeared to fix one of them. the one that was upgraded and then started to drop the call. Tested on another one that was running the older VMO and it didn't fix it. Upgraded to latest VMO on that machine retested same result. Phone rings, user answers, call connected, no streaming.

Re: Message Playback...

I have tried your fix on a couple other and it appears to be resolving the issue. I only have one computer that I upgraded to the latest VMO that's still having the problem, But I'm going to try and reinstall it after complete removal and see what I get.
