Message playing before Attandand picks up call

Hi,

We have to implement a continous message stream ("Welcome to XYZ,...")

before the first attandand picks up the call.

But we have to play this stream continous and at the attandand phones it should ring simultanously.

I found no way to configure this in the CM environment.

Any solutions for this?

Look into using the IVR to accomplish this. All calls would come into a route point that will trigger an ivr script to play the wav file for you.

We made it in that way, IVR-Route-point ist plaing wav-file and after this wav it rings at the attandand.

But what we need is a contiouns stream and a ringing the attandand at the same time, until the attandand picks up the call.

Music on Hold? When the call is transfered to the Agent, the Network Hold source for music on hold will play *while* the phone is ringing. But unless they're letting it ring multiple times, the message probably won't be heard in its entirety.

This will work phone to phone and the call is already picked up once.

But in our case the call is coming through the gateway and then

1) Music should be played continously

2) The attandand phone should ring simultanously

3) The attandand picks up the phone.

So the people which are calling this company have music or welcome message, but her no ring until the attandad picks up his phone.

This would be possible with MoH.

Any other ideas
