Message "Authorization required" appears when pressing Directory button.

When a user press a Directory button a message "Authorization required" appears with username prompt and password.

All users have this problem.

I tried to enter any userID and password nothing happened.

Any idea how to fix that ?

CallManager cluster with two CCM server version 3.2.2c.

WinOS 2.4 upgrade, and SQL 7.0 patch were made a couple weeks ago.

Directory button works before upgrade, after upgrade I check it - it works again.

Users claim about this problem two days ago.

I ran into that same problem after we upgraded to CM 3.3(2). It seems that Cisco implemented some security on the DC Directory. I logged into the DC Directory Admin with the administrator account (I knew there was a reason I wrote that password down) and gave anonymous rights to read everything and it started working again. Of course, I'm using a custom Corp Directory, so your results may vary.
