The long awaited Message Store Manager is now released on AnswerMonkey.net here:

This tool will let you automatically delete/move messages in users's mailboxes in bulk automatically using various criteria (i.e. is it read, urgent, how old is it, what type of message is it etc...). You can run different scripts for different groups of users and the like. It also includes a report mechanism to generate highly detailed information about how the message store space is being used on a per user basis for groups of folks.
The home page out there includes a 30 minute training video - I highly reccomend taking a look before dropping the hammer on using the tool. It is not currently TAC supported, however it will be after the Unity 4.0(1) release. That said, this works with 3.1(1) or later and supports both Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 back ends.
