Messages in Outlook

I have two subscribers that receive their voicemail messages in Unity and Outlook. However, the two subscribers will receive the message in Outlook but not Unity. Is there something that I can do to resolve this problem? I tried recreating the Unity account for one of the users, it works for a time but after awhile the messages are only being delivered to Outlook. <br><br>

The only why that Unity can get to the message is if it is stored in the users Exchange mailbox. If the user is downloading the message locally then Unity is not going to be able to access it.

Check and make sure the users aren’t downloading the messages off of the Exchange server. I suspect that this is what’s going on.
