messages truncated before the end

One user keeps reporting that his messages are being cut before the end of the recording. This is not constant and seems to happen randomely. Nobody else has reported this problems. The messages never cut at the same length. His last message was 9 seconds long. The previous one was 41 seconds

I don't see what could be cutting off those messages and affecting only one specific user

We run unity 3.1.5, CM 3.2.3 and Exchange 5.5 SP4
