I'm trying to get Unity to dial out to an external number for notification. The port picks up and attempts to dial (I can see it in Status Monitor) but the call doesn't go through. Restriction tables in COS are fine, what else could I be missing?<br><br>

Have you checked the restrictions of the phonelines that come into the Unity? Your PBX may not allow those ports to dial out. That should be the next place you check. Also make sure that Unity is dialing the correct access code to get outside dial tone on your PBX.
