On the gateway (2821 router) doing a show ccm-manager, it shows it is registered. However, on the CM it showed it was not registered. I did some MGCP debuging on the gateway and saw it was contacitng the Call Manager with no problems.
The site was getting one way audio on PSTN calls and intrasite calls, but could do intersite with no problems.
Make sure the Cisco Database Layer Monitor service is started and running in all your Callmanager servers. If possible, try to restart that service too. Also check the event viewer, both application and system, for any errors or warnings.
If this service is not functioning correctly, then Callmanager may not show the current status of the devices.
