SHOW ISDN STATUS:
ISDN returned to a TEI_ASSIGNED state.
In order, the following mechanisms were tried to restore service:
Reset the router through CallManager
Shut/No shut the BRI interfaces
No MGCP/MGCP on the router to restart MGCP
Confirmed the telco had no alarm state
Finally, to restore the ISDN operation the router was rebooted. This fixed the problem.

I had a similar issue last week. 12.4.6T. Same fix, reboot. I spent a hour with TAC, my case engineer wasn't very strong and I grew frustrated and rebooted the router and it worked.
