We have a 2600 with fxo ports and ccm 3.12c. If we setup a 1xxx dial pattern it forwards the digits to the pbx and connects just fine. If we setup a 9.@ dial-pattern, it comes back with just dial-tone, which we can then enter the digits. It's like it drops the dialed digits.
If I take the same dial-pattern, and send it to a fxo port setup as h.323 instead of mgcp, it works just fine.
