MGCP SRST Configuration

I am having some issues getting SRST to function properly on a gateway. All of the phones seem to register fine, but I can not place or receive any calls. I can see calls coming in via the PRI, but the system never answers. When I place an outbound call the correct dial-peer is matched, but I still get a fast busy. We are using 4 digit extensions (52..) and the telco is sending us 3 digits.

Does this attachment work better?

Basically, I want it to work so that all incoming calls go to extension 5200 during a failure and so that users can make outbound calls.

Do you have the magic command on:

call application alternate DEFAULT ?

That commande does not appear to be available on this gateway. I am using the followinf which I thought performed the same function...
