I have a 2851 MGCP gateway with 2 T1 CAS circuits. One is used for inbound calls and the other for outbound. Both t1's register with CCM via MGCP just fine. Inbound calls work great. Outbound however will not work at all. The calls never hit the GW. We've checked parts, CSS's, RG's, RL's and they are all correct. When we debug MGCP everything is as it should be....except we never see a call hit the T1. We can point these same route patterns to the other t1 CAS (inbound only) and see it hit it and generate errors since it is inbound only. But we cannot get any calls to hit the GW for outbound. We do have a TAC case open and they are baffled. My next step is to change it to a 323 gateway.
