MGCP unknown external number displayed on IP Phones

Hi,

I have configured the MGCP gateway with IOS 12.2(8)T4. and CCM version 3.2.

In all incoming external call form mgcp gateway, i have unknown external number displayed on The IP Phones..

Are there any solution to display the destination number on the phones else display the source number ...

What type of gateway? In gateway configuraiton do you have presentation bit allowed checked.

Do you have the command caller-id enable on your voice port?

Yes,

I have the command Caller-id enable on each voice port ...but nothing...

It's the same problem... at each external calls, i have unknown external calls...

any comments ..???

Two things. Are you positive that the CO is sending you caller id? Turn on debug vpm signal. Do you see the caller id messages being sent from the CO?

I have used the debug vpm signal but nothing happen...

I have tried to make a external call to the ip phone and i have nothing message in the router ...

And i didn't see the caller ID message..

Any comments ?
