Mic Volume Levels on CP7960 when offhock

Has anyone had users complain about the volume level of the Mic (IE what the other party hears) when the phone is on handsfree.

If so, can you please advise how you handled it.

This is not a situation where the user is trying to use the phone as a conference unit. It is just what they consider standard single person use.

Is it too loud or too soft? Has it been tried in more than one environment? Is there a lot of background noise or pretty quiet area?

Hi, I asked that question to the TAC one day and they told me that there is no way to adjust the microphone volume. But, we found that trick. The microphone is located at the bottom of your phone just under the mute and speaker buttons. We found that the inclination of the phone as something to do with the sound level heard from the other party. So just lower the angle of inclination of the device (try it flat) and it will improve the sound level.
