Migrating to Windows 2000

We are starting to plan our Windows 2000 migration. We will be purchasing new hardware. Was wondering if anyone has done the same thing and what your experiences were. Any feedback is appreciated.

Are you asking about Cisco specific issues, or are you asking about the actual migration to 2000?

Cisco mainly. Stuff like how is the current config/scripting/database migrated to the new hardware? Has anyone done a phased approach, if possible, or a complete cut over to the new environment? Any information would be helpful and we are looking to Cisco for help as well.
