Missed Call Details in CDR

Hi,

Is there any way to find the Missed Call Details from CDR thru an SQL.

If yes, please mention the SQl

If you need to log any missed calls you can turn on a service parameter in CCM called "CDR log calls with Zero Duration Flag". Set this service parameter to TRUE. You'll have to do this for each CallManager in your cluster.

The CDR will not log this as miss call but as zero duration call.
