Missing call stats in CDR reports

I have a user who states that he is not seeing call billing details in the department report. He knows for a fact that calls are being made by particular users but when he runs the report, nothing shows up. Others users list calls with no problems. Any ideas?

is he listed as manager for the deaprtment in the global directory?

please can you give me more details. because I have the same problem, add to this when I try to Search User(s) in departement bill I can't find all users and I have this following error:

No, and there are multiple users having this problem.
