Hi,
We're experieincing CCM missing the last digit when collecting caller ID. We had verified with gateway vendor that they had sent complete caller id #.
Had anyone had this problem before? is there any configuration I can change to fix this?

What gateway is being used? Have you looked at the traces to see what is really happening?

Hi,
So far; I had only being able to test this on a third party gateway (Quintum). I looked at the tracelog from both the gateway and CCM.
The tracelog at gateway shown that it sent a completed caller ID number to CCM as part of the setup message.
CCM receives the setup message; however, trace shown that it is missing the last digit.
