Missing report in Serviceability Report Archive

Hi,

in CCM 4.0(2)a in Serviceability Report Archive section are missing all system reports but the Alert reports.

Any hint?

You are probably hitting bug

Symptom:

Cisco Serviceability Reporter service doesn't generate following reports:

Device Statistics Report

Server Statistics Report

Service Statistics Report

Call Activities Report

It only generates "Alert Report"

This seems to happen due to a java exception which can be verified by looking at

ErrorLog.log file under

c:\Program Files\Cisco\ServiceabilityReporter\RTMT\errorlogs\

due to Exception::

It is now fixed in 4.1.3 ES47

Sorry, ES47 was deferred, just upgrade to the latest one or SR3a
