Mobility Manager

I am setting this up for the first time and the CTI Manager Link Status says Out of Service for the Shared line user and outgoing user. I have made sure user name and password are the same.

Chuck stated that the calling number is for some reason changed to the called number in the router, however the router was not changed and things were working prior to the 3.08 to 3.0.11 upgrade. When he says things working, when the call is sent from the routepoint to the destination, the calling number revealed the actual called number when forwarded from the route point to the destination.
