I'm unable to add a CCM user in MobilityManager if the name of the CCM user contain a french character. I got a error msg like: "CCM failed to respond" in the user page of CMM. Does somebody find a workaround?

The Cisco CallManager service does not have enough resources, such as CPU or memory, to function. Generally, the CPU utilization in the server is at 100 percent at that time.

I don't thing so, when I add a user without a french character in his name, all works great. But if the name of the user contain a franch character, like "Beno?t", I got an error from MobilityManager.
