MobilityManager Synchronization Question

Hi,

MobilityManager 1.2.2 with CCM5.0(4) and Cisco 2851 H323 gateway are configured.

My question is when the mobilitymanager end user changed his/her remote destination information, for example, added a new remote destionation or removed one remote destionation, how long the system (MobilityManager/Callmangaer?) will be synchronized?

I tested to remove one of the remote destinations, however I waited for about 10mins, the removed destination still rings unless I click the "restart mobilityManager".

Can anyone let me know about this regarding the time and how the system will be synchronized?

If the customer has AD and it has CTI user in AD, they need to configure CTI user as "end user".

If the customer has AD, but they want to configure CTI user as "application user", make sure the CTI user is not in AD.
