I have a VG248 with modems connected to it. I have DID's for these modems that route either thru a VG200 PRI or an 2610 PRI to connect to these modems. The best speed I can get is 22k. Is this normal? I dont see any documentation that mentions modem speeds on cisco's web site. Is this a product issue of a technical issue?
I have read a lot that indicates the top speed is usually around 19.2k. You're actually doing pretty well. I was having a problem getting some modems to work through a VG248 myself and I was wondering if you could send me the config for your voice gateways if you're using H.323.
